• Follow your lens schedule. Daily lenses should be thrown out daily. Monthly lenses should not be stretched past 30 days.
• Don’t sleep in your contacts. Unless you’ve been prescribed extended-wear lenses, remove them before bed.
• Store lenses in a clean case. Replace your case every 1–3 months and clean it daily with solution—not water.
